Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive strategic execution across AI Neobank priorities, including setting and running operating cadence and OKRs.
  • •Build and manage leadership updates, decision tracking, and accountability.
  • •Coordinate major cross-functional workstreams across product, engineering, licensing, market expansion, partnerships, finance, and operations.
  • •Prepare concise decision memos, board/leadership materials, execution plans, and performance reviews.
  • •Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies early, and support leadership trade-offs on people, capital, product, and market priorities.
