Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, manage, and maintain comprehensive integrated master schedules for data center projects from pre-construction through construction hand-off.
  • •Collaborate with project managers, engineers, procurement, cost managers, and trade partners to gather input, validate sequencing, and ensure schedule feasibility.
  • •Create and update multiple scenario schedules for different scopes until lease signing.
  • •Conduct schedule analysis to identify risks, delays, and opportunities for acceleration or optimization, and implement recovery strategies to protect milestones and contractual obligations.
  • •Facilitate schedule review meetings, present forecasts and critical path analyses, and integrate subcontractor and vendor schedules into the master schedule.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 190,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (equivalent experience may be considered).
  • •Proficiency in scheduling software, specifically Primavera P6, and knowledge of Microsoft Project.
  • •Strong understanding of preconstruction/construction sequencing, work breakdown structures, and the critical path method (CPM).
  • •Experience with data center construction or mission-critical infrastructure projects is highly preferred.
  • •Familiarity with Power BI, Excel, and reporting tools for KPI tracking and dashboard creation.
