Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives and develop HR strategies aligned to organizational goals.
  • •Translate business strategies into actionable HR initiatives and programs.
  • •Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and conflict resolution, including conducting investigations into complaints or misconduct allegations.
  • •Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and oversee recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • •Collect and analyze HR metrics to assess HR program effectiveness and develop initiatives to improve engagement, morale, and retention.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, psychology, or a related field.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the logistics and shipping industry.
  • •Progressive HR experience in HR business partnering, employee relations, talent management, or organizational development.
  • •Experience as a strategic HR partner working closely with senior leadership and business stakeholders.
  • •Proficiency in HRIS and other HR tools for data management and reporting; strong communication skills.
