Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement and execute Change Control systems and business processes for all Micron fabs.
  • •Serve as the SME to drive network alignment and continuous improvement of Change Control system practices.
  • •Coordinate global alignment through roadmap/timeline development and deployment with end-users, sites, central teams, and developers.
  • •Lead strategic change management, including SWAT activities, process gap identification, and adoption of best known methods (BKMs).
  • •Guide projects through initiation to closure, define success metrics, manage timelines, provide stakeholder updates, and complete feasibility assessments.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent experience in engineering.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in semiconductor wafer fabrication, preferably with experience on systems and business processes.
  • •Strong knowledge of manufacturing systems (MES).
  • •Demonstrated data analysis, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • •Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
