•Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising directives and maintain brand standards across the store.
•Collaborate with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR to address performance issues and policy violations.

•Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail POS systems.
•Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays and ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds.
