Key Responsibilities

  • •Troubleshoot electrical or mechanical issues to determine problems in non-functioning electro-mechanical manufacturing equipment.
  • •Dismantle, adjust, repair, and assemble equipment using layout plans, blueprints, operating/repair manuals, and drawings.
  • •Use test and diagnostic equipment to perform checkouts.
  • •Rebuild manufacturing equipment as required, and perform equipment modifications as directed by engineers.
  • •Work scheduled 12-hour shifts and follow procedures with minimal supervision.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of AC/DC circuits, including fundamentals of electricity and basic electronic components and circuits.
  • •Strong mechanical aptitude to understand and fix mechanical systems.
  • •Vacuum system knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
  • •Ability to use schematic diagrams to troubleshoot systems down to component level.
  • •Associates Degree in Electronics, Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent experience.
