Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the global end-to-end automotive test automation strategy across unit, integration, SIL, HIL, and system-level testing
  • •Architect scalable, reusable, and AI-assisted automation frameworks aligned with platform roadmaps and multi-customer programs
  • •Drive standardization of test tools, infrastructure, governance models, and automation best practices across global teams
  • •Ensure optimal balance between test coverage, execution time, cost, and long-term maintainability
  • •Review and align regional test strategies with global architectural direction

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

  • •Strong programming skills in Python (essential)
