Join the TOPS Technical Operations team to monitor and support Interactive Brokers’ global brokerage technology around the clock. You’ll troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve operational issues across applications, networks, and systems, investigate real-time trade problems, and lead post-incident reviews with engineering and infrastructure teams. The role also includes internal second-level technical support and building process monitoring tools to prevent and reduce delays or failures.
