Job Summary

Own supplier performance for on-time delivery by identifying capacity bottlenecks and removing logistical and functional barriers. Drive improvement projects using leading indicator data (RM availability, WIP tracking, quality notification closures, and sub-tier supplier tracking) and support cross-functional execution with multiple departments and management levels. Work largely onsite at suppliers in the Phoenix, AZ area with frequent local travel, plus time working from home.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify bottleneck and capacity constraints to develop improvement and mitigation plans for improved on-time delivery from suppliers.
•Develop understanding of supplier products and operational processes, and work to remove barriers to business goals for on-time delivery of parts.
•Drive tasks/projects to completion using leading indicator data collection (RM availability/on order, WIP tracking, quality notification closures, and sub-tier supplier tracking).
•Lead or assist process improvement projects, manage project risks, and prioritize project work to support CORE operating system needs.
•Participate in Commodity Days, EMMs, SEMO, and co-lead with customers and supplier development leaders to identify new improvement projects.

Key Requirements

•Reside in the Phoenix, AZ area.
•U.S. citizenship required (U.S. citizens only authorized to access information under this program/contract).
•A college degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of prior delivery assurance, supply chain, or related experience; or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience.
•Experience in operations, supply chain management, or a related field.
•Proficiency with SAP and Qlik/Power BI (preferred).
