•Gather, document, and refine business and data requirements across wealth platform and operations transformation initiatives
•Create and manage user stories and product backlogs, supporting sprint ceremonies within Agile environments
•Map current and target operating models (TOM), including onboarding, suitability, and servicing journeys within Private Banking and Wealth Management
•Define integration and data requirements to support platform interoperability and system change
•Work alongside technology teams and platform providers (e.g. Avaloq, Temenos, Aladdin environments) to ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery
