Job Summary

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on automated equipment, setting up machinery for each mold/automation combination. Support production by responding to emergency equipment-down requests, diagnosing issues with input from operators, and keeping areas clean and compliant with food safety, ISO, and plant safety policies. Build and install equipment product control devices, rebuild prime moving hardware as needed, and complete required safety trainings including Lockout/Tagout and forklift training.

•Perform all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for automated equipment per manuals and company policy.
•Set up automation equipment for each mold/automation equipment combination as required.
•Support production floors by answering emergency equipment-down requests and gathering needed information from operators.
•Design and manufacture equipment product control devices.
•Rebuild prime moving hardware as required and perform preventative maintenance on all automation equipment.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma (or GED) and three to five years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Ability to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on automated equipment per machine manuals and company policy.
•Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
•Complete Lockout/Tagout training and meet forklift training requirements.
•Ability to work safely and meet physical demands, including lifting up to 100 pounds and standing/walking for extended periods.
