Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders to align design strategy with product vision and roadmap.
  • •Translate complex user and business needs into clear, user-centric design solutions that deliver meaningful business outcomes.
  • •Drive the end-to-end product design process from discovery and research through high-fidelity designs and implementation support.
  • •Create production-ready, high-quality web and mobile user experiences using Figma.
  • •Promote design solutions and best practices across the team and organization, using user narratives and data-driven insights to guide discussions.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, with a strong web and mobile portfolio and a user-centric approach.
  • •Experience designing heavy data B2B products, plus familiarity with Figma’s distributed version control tools.
  • •Ability to manage multiple workstreams and initiatives in a fast-paced environment, with strong prioritization and time management.
  • •Demonstrated ability to lead research and design initiatives, advocating proposals with clear narratives and data-driven insights.
  • •Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and experience collaborating with product managers, developers, and senior stakeholders.
