Job Summary

Assist the Outdoor Power Group Category Management team in managing the Ride-On product portfolio using best-in-class analytics. Collect and analyze sales, inventory, and market data; support ad hoc and recurring reporting; and synthesize competitor/category insights to identify opportunities. Help translate market intelligence into actionable strategy with the Category Manager, support 3-year horizon financial tracking and pricing input, and collaborate with product management on lifecycle decisions and process improvements.

•Support ad hoc and regular reporting to highlight trends, performance metrics, and opportunities.
•Assist in translating market intelligence into actionable insights to drive category growth, product prioritization, and go-to-market plans.
•Support category financial reporting and tracking, including a 3-year horizon and strategic estimates, plus annual quoting analysis.
•Partner with pricing and product management teams to support market-based pricing, new product/core SKU input, and product lifecycle decisions, including SKU rationalization and prioritization.

•Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI; general proficiency in PowerPoint.
•Experience with Salesforce, SAP, or Infor XA is preferred; strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
