Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure stores sustain back-of-house transformation model SmartOps and Retail Excellence standards across front and back of house.
  • •Support deployment, change management, and adoption of regional projects, including training, communication, and post-launch support.
  • •Lead after-sales operations by coordinating after-sales tools/processes and acting as a key contact for stores on after-sales cases.
  • •Drive KPI-oriented performance management by monitoring operational, quality, and customer service KPIs and following up on progress.
  • •Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives using operational diagnostics, root-cause analysis, and standardized best practices across the region.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree from a Business School, Engineering School or equivalent university degree.
  • •4 to 6 years of relevant experience in Retail Operations or in a store environment, supply chain, or similar operational environment.
  • •Excellent organizational and project management skills to manage multiple priorities and complex projects.
  • •Strong customer service mindset focused on delivering high operational standards and excellent client experience.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); knowledge of Cegid, SAP, Power BI or similar systems is a plus.
