•Architect and operate internal automation and SaaS integration systems powering Zyte’s global operations.
•Administer and integrate business-critical SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, and collaboration tools).
•Write code for automation tooling (scripts, services, internal CLIs, event-driven pipelines, and ChatOps integrations).
•Build and maintain reliable API-driven integrations and data synchronization across business systems, including CRM automation and entitlement provisioning.

•Experience with identity and security (SSO/SAML/SCIM, zero trust access models, Zero Trust/MDM) and support passing ISO 27001 / SOC2 / GDPR audits.
