  • •Architect and operate internal automation and SaaS integration systems powering Zyte’s global operations.
  • •Administer and integrate business-critical SaaS platforms (CRM, support, billing, and collaboration tools).
  • •Write code for automation tooling (scripts, services, internal CLIs, event-driven pipelines, and ChatOps integrations).
  • •Build and maintain reliable API-driven integrations and data synchronization across business systems, including CRM automation and entitlement provisioning.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years in IT/System/Business Systems/Platform Engineering, including 3+ years in a senior role owning internal business systems and automation at a SaaS/tech company.
  • •Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Go, Bash, and Node.js.
  • •Operate cloud environments such as GCP and AWS (e.g., VPCs, IAM roles, EC2/S3).
  • •Build API-driven integrations (REST, GraphQL, OAuth flows, webhooks, SaaS SDKs/frameworks).
  • •Experience with identity and security (SSO/SAML/SCIM, zero trust access models, Zero Trust/MDM) and support passing ISO 27001 / SOC2 / GDPR audits.
