•Lead outbound prospecting to target accounts and schedule qualified meetings with founders
•Own the top of the funnel and develop a multi-channel outbound playbook
•Ship cold-calling campaigns and onboarding into the product/technical domain (utility management)
•Collaborate closely with the founders to refine the sales process and playbooks
•Progress toward senior or management-level roles through performance and learning opportunities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 65,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Familiarity with AI tools including Claude
•Relentless outbound work ethic and comfort with high-volume cold calling
•Strong writing and communication skills
•Intuitive understanding of users and product
•Ability to onboard quickly into a technical field (utility and energy management)
