Job Summary

HR Business Partner role in Mirabel, partnering with leaders to drive talent management, leadership development, and HR program delivery. Key Responsibilities

•Assist the business unit in achieving their goals by identifying human resources opportunities and by leading the analysis & diagnosis of client needs.
•Provide coaching & support management on leadership development, talent and performance management, change management, interpersonal and team relations & communication.
•Support the delivery and deployment of HR programs and processes, such as the Performance Management cycle, Annual Salary Review, Annual Leadership Review, Employee Engagement Survey & Development, etc.
•Contribute to continuous improvements & best practices to influence human resources strategies.
•Contribute to the development and the delivery of training for the Managers within the organization (labor relations and leadership management training).

Key Requirements

•A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
•Approximately 5 years of experience in a Human Resources department, with unionized environment experience a bonus.

•Strong autonomy and adaptability to unexpected situations.
•Excellent written and spoken communication in French and English.
