Own exception management and operational readiness for new product launches across cash, positions, trades, and margin for Coinbase Financial Markets. Establish monitoring and exception reporting frameworks, triage incidents with clear escalation paths, and drive root cause analysis and post-mortems. Partner with Product, Risk, Compliance, Accounting, and Engineering to design scalable processes, controls, and regulatory reporting, while identifying automation opportunities to reduce manual operational friction.
