  • •Lead operational readiness for new product launches, including UAT/test case design, playbooks, cutover plans, and post-launch stabilization
  • •Partner with Product, Risk, Compliance, Accounting, and Engineering to design scalable processes, controls, and reporting that meet regulatory expectations
