Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform routine and advanced maintenance on BEUMER ICS components, including diverters, scanners, and third-party interfacing equipment.
  • •Diagnose and resolve faults across mechanical, electrical, and control subsystems using structured troubleshooting.
  • •Respond to carrier jams and sensor/control logic errors by executing resets and performing root cause analysis.
  • •Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance aligned with BEUMER standards and OEM documentation.
  • •Interface with SAC/PLC systems to monitor performance, execute logic-based interventions, and maintain logs in line with reporting protocols.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree or technical certification in mechatronics, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
  • •2–5 years of hands-on experience in automated material handling systems, preferably in airport or logistics environments.
  • •Must be eligible to obtain and maintain airside security clearance.
  • •Deep understanding of mechatronic systems including sensors, actuators, motors, and controls.
  • •Proficiency with BEUMER SAC systems and PLC programming (Siemens preferred), including fault diagnostics.
