Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the Group-level PMO supporting cyber security projects and programmes across Bupa.
  • •Ensure programmes align with strategic goals, budgets, timelines, and delivery plans.
  • •Define and promote project management standards, methods, tools, and best practice across the Group.
  • •Create executive reporting, dashboards, and performance measures covering progress, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, benefits, costs, and resource utilisation.
  • •Manage financial planning, forecasts, and budget reporting; support procurement compliance with Finance and Legal teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive project and programme management experience, including leadership within a PMO environment.

  • •Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • •Experience producing executive-level reporting and governance information.
