Job Summary

Provide fast, accurate client transaction support while delivering a high-quality in-branch experience. Educate clients on digital and self-service banking (ATMs, Online and Mobile), participate in outbound calling to support sales and identify needs, and help with new account openings and problem resolution. Cross-trained to support Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and retail community routines, while following internal controls, risk management, and compliance requirements.

•Apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) principles to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for client needs.
•Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies to ensure compliance.
