Key Responsibilities

•Build and manage partnerships with schools and districts to support corps member placement and student outcomes.
•Design and deliver educator development aligned to TFA priorities, LEARN Academies, and Indiana’s accountability model.
•Manage differentiated licensure pathways, including Transition to Teaching and other certification routes.
•Design experiences covering the full corps member journey from recruitment through alumni induction.
•Build and engage a coalition of school, community, and ecosystem partners to expand impact.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 74,300 - 115,000 annually

•3+ years of experience in education.
•Strong understanding of instructional practice and teacher development.
•Experience building and managing external partnerships.
•Ability to align programming to standards or accountability systems.
•Bachelor’s degree required.
