Key Responsibilities

  • •Define Faire’s physical safety and security posture across workplaces, events, and facilities, including risk assessments and scalable mitigation strategies.
  • •Oversee security operations and incident response end-to-end, from assessment through resolution, and develop emergency preparedness and response plans.
  • •Build and operate a travel risk management program, including destination risk assessment and escalation/support protocols in partnership with People Ops and Legal.
  • •Provide executive protection support for senior leadership, assessing threat levels and recommending proportional protection measures.
  • •Establish safety and security standards for audit/insurance readiness and manage security vendor relationships to ensure consistent performance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8–12 years of experience in corporate security or physical security, ideally across both high-growth tech and more mature organizations.
  • •Experience building or significantly scaling a corporate safety and security function from the ground up.
  • •Deep expertise in physical security systems (access control, CCTV, alarm), emergency response planning, and threat assessment methodologies.
  • •Experience operating travel risk programs and executive protection, including vendor and partner management.
  • •Ability to write and operationalize clear, proportional policies people actually adopt; sound judgment in sensitive situations while partnering with HR, Legal, and Workplace.
