Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate and mature the endpoint vulnerability lifecycle from discovery through prioritization, remediation, validation, and reporting.
  • •Own Secure Baseline Configuration compliance outcomes for Windows 11 across physical devices and VDI, including drift detection and governance routines.
  • •Lead root cause analysis for recurring endpoint issues and systemic remediation failures, and define corrective actions and knowledge artifacts.
  • •Use Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) to enable remediation delivery at scale and troubleshoot deployment failures.
  • •Create PowerShell automation and governance documentation to improve consistency, throughput, and auditability of remediation and reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent education and related training.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in infrastructure engineering.
  • •Understanding of enterprise infrastructure technologies including cloud, network, database, storage, platform, computing, and middleware.
  • •Experience supporting endpoint vulnerability lifecycle processes such as discovery, prioritization, remediation, validation, and reporting.
