Join the HSBC Asset Management Alternatives team as a Senior Alternatives Responsible Investment Specialist, helping integrate ESG analysis into Alternative Solutions investment processes. You will support the Net Zero Accelerator (NZA), serve as a central point for Impact Strategies, and partner with investment, Operational Due Diligence (ODD), client, research, and regional sustainability teams. This role includes senior-level engagement with General Partners to address material ESG issues and deliver long-term value responsibly.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the integration of ESG considerations across NZA and Alternative Solutions investment strategies with investment and ODD teams.
•Help design, evolve, and maintain sustainable investment frameworks, reducing greenwashing risk and aligning to Group standards and regulatory regimes.
•Provide ESG insights, analysis, and data to supplement investment decision-making and due diligence across relevant funds and asset classes.
•Engage with General Partners at senior levels to encourage improvements on material ESG issues and evidence outcomes where applicable.
•Produce sustainability thought pieces, reporting, and client-ready materials for internal stakeholders and external client discussions.
