Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Global Human Resource projects, including proofreading HR documents and PowerPoints.
  • •Prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents as needed.
  • •Assist Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging efforts for the team.
  • •Support the Connector Program (Buddy Program) and Mentorship Program by gathering program metrics, tracking priorities and deadlines, and serving as a point of contact for project questions.
  • •Support people analytics for the annual Inclusion & Engagement Survey by organizing survey data, reviewing feedback, identifying trends, creating Power BI reports, and helping develop leadership presentations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19 - 21 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Preferred 3rd or 4th year student majoring in Human Resources Management, Data Science, or Business.
  • •Some office-environment experience preferred.
  • •Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel; Power BI and MS Copilot are a plus.
  • •Efficiency with PowerPoint and MS Excel, including a good understanding of Excel formulas and pivot tables.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with solid organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
