Professional Services Consultant

Lead and support MariaDB database deployments end-to-end, including design, configuration, migrations, and integrations. Conduct architectural reviews focused on high availability and scalability, and drive database performance tuning, troubleshooting, and health checks. Serve as a client-facing trusted advisor for scaling and database best practices, while mentoring customers and internal teams. Create and deliver technical documentation, project plans, and reports to ensure transparency and customer success.
