Key Responsibilities

•Lead actuarial evaluations for corporate retirement plans and long-term employee benefits programs
•Provide advisory services on retirement plans, employee benefits and total rewards to corporate clients
•Collaborate with team members to prepare proposals and value-added services
•Utilize internal and external resources to identify new business growth opportunities
•Support business development and client relationship activities while ensuring high-quality client delivery

Key Requirements

•4-year university degree or higher
•5+ years in retirement pension actuarial/consulting, financial markets or retirement plan domain
•Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics and/or Actuarial Science preferred
•Actuarial qualifications (FIAK, ASA, IFoA, FIAA) preferred
•Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; fluent in Korean and English
