Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead technical onboarding and implementation of new client environments.
  • •Architect, implement, and document secure technical solutions for client infrastructures.
  • •Develop and execute technical work plans, implementation plans, and client transition strategies.
  • •Deliver infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and application-related projects within scope and timelines, communicating risks and progress.
  • •Troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide escalation support and technical guidance, and mentor other engineers while maintaining accurate technical documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of relevant IT experience across desktop support, systems engineering, systems administration, infrastructure engineering, or project engineering.
  • •Experience leading or contributing to technical implementations, infrastructure projects, client migrations, or new-client onboarding.
  • •Strong end-user and desktop support experience with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office, and home/remote-office networking.
  • •Strong experience implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 technologies (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Intune, Conditional Access, Microsoft Entra ID).
  • •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server/Active Directory and enterprise networking and cybersecurity tooling; ability to automate Microsoft 365 tasks using PowerShell or the Microsoft Graph API.
