Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify and implement optimal cloud-based solutions for the organization in collaboration with the software engineering team.
  • •Plan, design, and develop cloud-based applications following secure, cloud-native architecture practices.
  • •Manage cloud environments in accordance with organizational security guidelines and deploy/debug cloud initiatives using best practices.
  • •Partner with DevOps to build tooling and infrastructure for cloud development and operations, focusing on microservices deployment and distributed systems monitoring and fault analysis.
  • •Execute using TDD, support CI/CD patterns, develop cloud governance/operating standards, and drive incident response through root cause analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •4-8 years of work experience in distributed & cloud computing and software/cloud design, programming languages, or related fields, or an advanced degree with 3-5 years experience.
  • •A four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or commensurate work experience.
  • •Expertise building Java/Spring Boot microservices and designing event-driven systems using message brokers such as RabbitMQ or Solace.
  • •Experience with REST API design (versioning and governance) and familiarity with SOAP/WSDL integration.
  • •Hands-on cloud-native deployment on Kubernetes and AWS services (Secrets Manager, ACM, IAM) with security knowledge such as OAuth2/OIDC and HMAC-based webhook security.
