Own strategic partnerships that power Reddit’s advertising measurement ecosystem. Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end execution of a specialized partner portfolio, including program integrity, renewals, negotiations, and new opportunities.
•Advance measurement strategy by vetting, onboarding, and managing premium vendors aligned to sales and measurement objectives.
•Serve as primary lead across Product, Sales, Legal, and external stakeholders to scope, deliver, and drive adoption of research integrations.
•Assess financial and operational performance of research and vendor projects and provide executive-level recommendations to optimize delivery and workflows.
•Manage technology-based integrations with measurement providers, including data pipelines, clean room implementations, and AI/ML productivity tools.

Salary: USD 167,500 - 234,500 annually

Key Requirements

•7+ years of experience in advertising, analytics, or measurement, ideally with digital advertising background.
•Manage a portfolio of high-impact partners and drive program health and strategic revenue goals.
•Deep familiarity with advertising measurement, including attitudinal survey research and online/offline sales lift, plus MTA and Media Mix Modeling (MMM).
•Track record managing and presenting complex quantitative advertising research with understanding of ad-tech infrastructure and data flows.
•Exceptional written and oral communication skills to synthesize complex measurement issues and negotiate effectively with senior stakeholders.
