Key Responsibilities

  • •Support evaluation, fixing, installation, and deployment of Probe FOAK TOR equipment across manufacturing sites.
  • •Deploy best-known methods across sites by addressing TOR procedure gaps and equipment deficiencies, and building improvements.
  • •Partner with Probe HVM site equipment teams to develop and support new process and technology implementations.
  • •Monitor process efficiency and OEE, identify improvement opportunities, recommend corrective actions, and diagnose equipment issues in the probe area.
  • •Support TOR equipment operating software and software release activities, and complete assigned projects independently while following 6S and safety practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience and education).
  • •Practical experience with manufacturing probe procedures and machinery.
  • •Experience operating probe test equipment (backend test equipment familiarity preferred).
  • •Strong understanding of equipment mechanical/electrical fundamentals and reliability, plus knowledge of utilization, OEE, MTTR, and MTBF.
  • •Proficiency in data analysis and structured problem-solving tools (KTDA, Risk Assessment, FMEA), with strong English communication skills.
