Key Responsibilities

  • •Source and prioritize events, research and recommend tradeshows, conferences, and industry events; own a rolling 12-month calendar.
  • •Negotiate and contract with event organizers, vendors, and venues to optimize sponsorships, booth space, and add-ons.
  • •Plan and execute end-to-end event details including logistics, booth design, swag, collateral, lead capture, and travel.
  • •Be the on-site point of contact at events, overseeing setup/teardown and on-site execution.
  • •Drive pipeline with sales by booking pre-show meetings, arranging dinners and customer events, and ensuring leads are followed up quickly.

Key Requirements
