Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure a positive, safe culture for PAC-3 Seeker factory operations and lead manufacturing execution on A shift.
  • •Manage employees and first-level managers across multiple manufacturing disciplines.
  • •Drive continuous improvement, standard work, and best practices within the Production System.
  • •Implement process improvement focused on defect elimination and root cause and corrective action (RCCA).
  • •Consult on factory activation expansions to achieve rate increases and provide indirect leadership across Materials Management, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, EHS, and Quality.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • •5+ years’ experience in a leadership or management role.
  • •5+ years implementing continuous process improvement and lean processes in a manufacturing environment.
  • •5+ years using data collection and analysis to identify business problems, solve issues, and drive improvements.
  • •Experience leading/managing cross-functional or cross-organizational teams in manufacturing, including work with a collective bargaining unit (CBU)/hourly union-represented workforce.
