Lead and administer the maintenance team, coordinating facility operations and subcontractor activities. Plan and schedule maintenance and repair work, including mechanical repairs, conversions, and preventive maintenance system operation, administration, and improvement. Diagnose and analyze higher-complexity issues and prepare improvement proposals. Provide technical support through regular contact with suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring needed information, tools, and spare parts are available.
