•Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, staying current on daily specials, menu updates, and seasonal changes
•Offer personalized suggestions tailored to guests’ expectations to elevate their dining experience
•Collaborate effectively with front and heart-of-house colleagues to deliver timely and smooth service

Key Requirements

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
•Standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, and bending in an operational environment
