Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and govern cloud architecture, including tenant design, identity management, access governance, and licensing across business entities.
  • •Lead cybersecurity and compliance initiatives, including security tooling and monitoring, to strengthen IT resilience and meet regulatory standards.
  • •Administer ERP user access, security roles, and licensing, and support rollouts across functional modules.
  • •Design and maintain network architecture and hosting infrastructure to support new business systems and digital initiatives.
  • •Lead the IT Support team’s workload and ticket queues, and act as the technical escalation point for infrastructure, systems, and security.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • •At least 6 years of experience in IT infrastructure or cloud engineering, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • •Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104) certification is required.
  • •Experience administering ERP systems and using SIEM and EDR security tools.
  • •Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
