Own the end-to-end recruiting process for multiple sites, from workforce planning and requirements analysis through successful hiring. Partner closely with leaders and business teams on profiles, selection approaches, and market needs. Publish and optimize job postings, run structured selection processes, and deliver an excellent candidate experience. Drive active sourcing, manage external providers, track recruiting KPIs, and support employer-branding and recruiting strategy improvements.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the full recruiting process end-to-end for multiple locations, from needs analysis to successful hires
•Advise and collaborate with leaders and functional teams on role requirements, selection processes, and market conditions
•Create, optimize, and target job postings (internal and external)
•Conduct active sourcing via relevant networks and platforms, and build sustainable talent pools
•Define and manage recruiting KPIs and optimize the recruiting funnel, including coordination with external service providers

Key Requirements

•Degree in business administration, human resources, psychology, or a comparable qualification
•Several years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, ideally in an industrial environment (blue- and white-collar)
•Proven experience in active sourcing and using modern recruiting tools and platforms
•Strong knowledge of modern recruiting methods
•Excellent interview and consulting skills with a structured, independent, results-oriented working style
