Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the company’s intelligent automation strategy combining RPA, Microsoft Power Platform, and AI.
  • •Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities by analyzing business processes.
  • •Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using RPA (e.g., UiPath) and Power Platform (Power Apps/Power Automate).
  • •Own the full solution lifecycle from opportunity identification through deployment, maintenance, and evolution.
  • •Define automation standards and governance practices and monitor KPIs for efficiency, time savings, quality, and ROI.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related fields.
  • •3-5 years of experience in process automation, digital transformation, or related roles.
  • •Demonstrable experience with Microsoft Power Platform, especially Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • •Experience with RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
  • •Knowledge of cloud architectures and the Microsoft 365/Azure ecosystem.
