Analyst – Change and Configuration Management

Monitor IT services and infrastructure to proactively identify incidents across servers, networks, databases, storage, and backup devices. Support end-to-end Change Management, review and schedule change requests, and prepare Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings with complete documentation for audit readiness. Maintain Configuration Items (CIs) in the CMDB and assist with Major Incident and Problem Management workflows, including RCA records, known errors, KPI/SLA tracking, and reporting.
