Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure compliance with BIM standards and contractual obligations while supporting delivery teams.
  • •Manage onboarding, training, and digital solution mobilisation to ensure efficient information delivery.
  • •Oversee task teams, monitor progress, and address delays promptly.
  • •Drive Information Execution Plans, conduct supply chain assessments, and provide strategic IM direction and reporting.
  • •Maintain QA processes for BIM deliverables, engage in R&D to enhance BIM processes and tools, and raise the BIM profile across the organisation.

Key Requirements

  • •At least three years of working experience, ideally with relevant education in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • •Proven track record leading information management for large infrastructure projects.
  • •Knowledge of managing BIM throughout the entire project lifecycle, from design to construction and handover.
  • •Proficiency in IM and implementing industry standards such as ISO 19650.
  • •Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Forma, and other CDE solutions.
