Key Responsibilities

  • •Stay hands-on by designing and building key features and solving complex technical problems for the pod.
  • •Manage and coach 3–6 engineers based in Pakistan through 1:1s, feedback, and career development.
  • •Define architecture and a technical roadmap for Insurance Verification, balancing near-term delivery with long-term maintainability.
  • •Break down the product roadmap into scoped work, manage sprint execution, unblock the team, and deliver against throughput and accuracy SLAs.
  • •Partner with Product and adjacent RCM pods/AI teams on technical plans and shared data, pipelines, and integrations.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on full-stack or backend development.
  • •2+ years managing or leading engineers, with a track record of mentoring and growing people.
  • •Strong backend experience with Python, Java, or Go, plus comfort with relational and non-relational databases.
  • •Familiarity with GCP or AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD practices.
  • •Experience owning a product area end-to-end (scoping, technical design, implementation, and production operation).
