Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in product development conference calls to ensure specialized topics are addressed.
  • •Develop, write, and support end-user documentation, including high-level technical content, reference material, and task-specific work instructions.
  • •Write or revise supporting documentation for new and existing products for a multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural audience.
  • •Maintain documentation in a DITA CMS and plan/schedule documentation work to meet product release dates and client deliverables.
  • •Drive review and approval of technical content in the document management system, maintaining an organized library of application documentation.

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 3+ years of relevant experience.

  • •Comfort working in an Agile development environment by partnering with product developers to build product understanding.
