Deliver an elevated, personalized Coach shopping experience while driving individual and store sales goals. Build lasting client relationships through styling, product expertise, and fashion advice, using mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases. Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, and transaction accuracy, while maintaining service and asset protection standards.
