Repair Crew Member

Perform field-based repairs on wood-framed construction projects by diagnosing issues, selecting repair solutions, and completing on-site fixes for walls, floors, trusses, and framing components. Handle time-sensitive “hot shot” material and tool deliveries to job sites, coordinate with operations, sales, and dispatch, and document repair work accurately. Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment safely while following quality standards, building codes, and PPE/safety policies.
