Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and coordinate Quality governance cadence, including Quality Staff Meetings, PW Quality Council, and annual Quality Management Review.
  • •Prepare executive-level materials (presentations, talking points, briefing materials) for internal and external meetings.
  • •Lead, plan, and execute major global Quality initiatives, including All Hands events, to reinforce core quality and safety principles.
  • •Develop and deliver enterprise Quality communications, including quarterly All Hands, monthly training messages, internal announcements, and external visibility content.
  • •Plan and coordinate Quality Month communications, events, and engagement activities across Pratt & Whitney and RTX.
