Job Summary

Lead and coordinate Quality governance, enterprise quality alignment, and executive communications for the Quality leadership team across Pratt & Whitney and RTX. Manage priorities such as governance cadence, executive briefing materials, and major global initiatives (including All Hands and Quality Month). Serve as the central integration point between the VP, Quality and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring speed, alignment, and effective execution across strategic and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage and coordinate Quality governance cadence, including Quality Staff Meetings, PW Quality Council, and annual Quality Management Review.
•Prepare executive-level materials (presentations, talking points, briefing materials) for internal and external meetings.
•Lead, plan, and execute major global Quality initiatives, including All Hands events, to reinforce core quality and safety principles.
•Develop and deliver enterprise Quality communications, including quarterly All Hands, monthly training messages, internal announcements, and external visibility content.
•Plan and coordinate Quality Month communications, events, and engagement activities across Pratt & Whitney and RTX.

Key Requirements

•Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with minimum 10 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with minimum 7 years of experience.
•Advanced CORE or Lean Six Sigma equivalent certification.
•Demonstrated experience in complex project and program management.
•Experience influencing and collaborating across multiple levels of leadership.
•Strong written and verbal communication skills to create concise, compelling executive-level materials.
