Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in customer requirements analysis and assess existing infrastructure to recommend scalable, reliable, and secure solution architectures.
  • •Lead the solution architect team in goal setting, performance management, talent development, process standardization, and team cohesion.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to develop innovative solution architectures aligned to project requirements and organizational objectives.
  • •Create standardized architecture templates and ensure consistency and clarity in pre-sales documentation for stakeholders.
  • •Stay current on products, solutions, services, and IT/industry trends, and support solution positioning through competitor monitoring and market surveys.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 4 years’ experience in Solution or Technical Architecture, preferably with healthcare experience in Radiology, Cardiology, or Pathology (or other clinical systems).
  • •Bachelors Degree in Healthcare or IT.
  • •Demonstrated experience building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management.
  • •Experience creating comprehensive technical blueprints covering hardware and software.
  • •Working knowledge of IT infrastructure for healthcare informatics solutions, including server/storage architecture, virtualization, networking, and security/compliance requirements.
