Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.
  • •Minimum 10 years’ experience in software, firmware, or technology engineering organizations delivering complex products or solutions at scale.
  • •Demonstrated leadership experience of 7+ years leading multiple development teams in software, cloud, hardware, industrial technology, or related environments.
  • •Knowledge of technologies, tools, and processes to develop, test, deploy, secure, and maintain software systems.
  • •Experience defining technical direction and translating customer/market/business needs into actionable technology strategies and roadmaps.
