Key Responsibilities

  • •Achieve individual sales targets and monthly sales KPI while ensuring the store meets DAMAS standards.
  • •Provide excellent customer service: greet customers, assess needs, invite them to the right counter, and close sales with accurate product/price information.
  • •Maintain stock and merchandising standards, including 100% stock accuracy, product display upkeep, and correct cash/card transaction processing.
  • •Perform equipment checks and conduct regular counting/reporting for items such as gold bars, coins, and certified diamonds, with proper jewellery handling.
  • •Handle repair orders: receive requirements, prepare repair bags, enter details in Navision, follow up for timely delivery, and gather post-sales customer feedback.
