Job Summary

Support the New Product Introduction (NPI) Supply Chain team by creating sourcing strategies, aligning supplier selection, and coordinating supplier work-in-process to meet delivery promise dates. Manage purchase orders, address technical definition changes and supplier exceptions, and use standard work as a competitive advantage. Evaluate technology and manufacturing readiness levels and coordinate resolution of quality issues and supplier escapes, while identifying and managing supplier risks to program industrial plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Create sourcing strategies and coordinate source selection alignment, tracking supplier work in process and managing risks to planned delivery.
•Maintain purchase orders, including handling technical definition changes, supplier exceptions, pricing, and delivery.
•Use minimum requirements standard work as a competitive advantage.
•Evaluate Technology and Manufacturing Readiness Levels (TRL/ MRL) and coordinate resolution of quality issues, QNs, and RCCA for supplier quality escapes.
•Identify and manage supplier risks to program industrial plans.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in supply chain, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field.
•U.S. citizen required to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
•Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and associated flow down.
•Customer-focused approach with strong communication skills.
•Demonstrated ability to deliver results and coordinate across functional groups and suppliers.
